Apps such as IMovie, Garage and Keynote are gone

Hey I just bought a used macbook from someone and it's all very fine. Until I had to reinstal it, because she hadn't done it and I didn't feel like keeping her private photos (which she didn't erase). So I reinstalled it and it worked perfectly, but apps as Garage, IMovie and Keynote were gone. I guess it is because appstore was under her apple-ID, but I really would like them to come back (for free). Is that in any way possible?
